Minding Your Mind helps you learn about and take control of your mental health. It features comprehensive tracking of your sleep, activity, mood, symptoms, and behaviours to get a more detailed picture of you and provides you with personalised insights and evidence-based strategies to help you self-manage your mental health. 

There are so many aspects of our circumstances and lives that are out of our control, including aspects of our mental health journey. It can be hard to find support that works for you.
